Filing a complaint

If you believe content published here infringes your copyright, email dmca@yourdomain.com with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request” and include all of the following:

1. Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL(s) on this website where the material appears.
4. Proof of ownership or your authority to act on behalf of the owner.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate, plus your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

Valid, complete notices are reviewed and the disputed material is normally removed or disabled within 48 to 72 business hours. Incomplete notices cannot be processed. Counter-notices may be submitted to the same address and will be handled under the same procedure.
